Molding and automation
With a molding department composed of 26 single-material machines and 6 latest-generation bicomponent machines, with tonnages ranging from 30 tons to a maximum of 900 tons, the company is able to produce parts with weights from 2g up to 7kg, even with co-molding of metal inserts and coupling of more thermoplastic materials.
Noble materials such as PVDF and PIC are in the range of the many used by our company to provide the customer with technical details of the highest quality and functionality.
A careful automation of the production processes, combined with a strict control of the processes, allows a guarantee of quality and repeatability, with consequent optimization of costs.
Eurotecnica has fully automated machines in its production department, with centralized and automated material handling and control that ensures the optimum degree of physical parameters of the product, also allowing the continuous process guarantee for the whole week on three daily shifts.
Design

Throughout the entire process from the design to the realization of the mold, our technical office, composed of specialized technicians of proven experience and specific know-how, interfaces with the customer in order to realize not only the component, but to develop in the best way all the productive process.
A mold making department consisting of cutting-edge machine tools (five-axis milling machines – erosion etc.) and qualified personnel, guarantee the customer maximum professionalism and safety in the execution of the work, allowing the creation of molds of very high precision and functionality for the realization of the product required.

Throughout the entire process from the design to the realization of the mold, our technical department interfaces with the customer in order to realize not only the product, but also develop the entire production process in the best way, studying the optimal cycles and the necessary automations.

Eurotecnica fornisce anche un servizio di personalizzazione dei prodotti con sistemi di tampografia e serigrafia o verniciatura di qualità garantita.
Per la fornitura del particolare finito, l’azienda è strutturata anche per preassemblaggi del prodotto a seconda delle necessità del cliente.
